Architect - Edina, MN
J.Sweitzer-Architects LLC is an architectural firm that offers the full spectrum of architectural services including design, construction document preparation all the way through construction observation. We work on both residential and commercial projects. Our residential work consists of new homes and remodeling projects and spans the style spectrum of traditional to contemporary. We also have developed a proto-typical residential project that is geared to an urban setting. It is extremely flexible and meant to be customizable by the client with our help. Check it out on the website: J.Sweitzerarchitects.com under the heading of "UU House". We also provide architectural services to commercial clients. Most of the projects consist of small to moderate size remodeling/tenant build-outs. We are currently providing design assistance to the Minnesota Cycling Center to develop a world class Velodrome in the Minneapolis Minnesota area. As a simplified architectural service philosophy; I try to address the client/user objectives with artful design and technically well-prepared construction solutions while simultaneously providing personal and timely service to each client. You will find a much more comprehensive description of the firm's work at J.Sweitzerarchitects.com.
