JDA General Contracting

We interviewed 5 contractors and Choose JDA because they were flexible with scope of work and let us uses a few of our own subcontractors. I own a business related to construction and deal with contractors on a regular basis. I have to say that I was impressed with Jason's construction background in structural concrete and framing. It was a treat to work with Jason because he explained the entire process through out our project. We spent a little over a year in the design stage and construction was about the same. JDA did our plans in house including structural engineering , civil , soils and processing the permits for our 8600sf residence. Our project went a little over our 4 million dollar budget but it was worth the time and effort. Jason still works with us on other investment property's. Thank you again.
