TC TIMELINE CONSTRUCTION

I recently decided to add a mother in-law suite / cottage to our property. After getting help from Timeline Construction on a previous home remodel, I decided to put their skills to an even greater challenge and contract them for the full turn key project. I am sooooo glad I did. From plan design to move in, Timeline exceeded our expectations. Their attention to detail, answering our questions and absorbing the few last minute changes during construction made the 6 month project a pleasure. I can't say enough about the kind and respectful demeanor of all the Timeline employees and the absolute insistence that if we're not happy - they're not happy. If I ever have a project like this again I'll make one phone call and that will be to Timeline Construction.

We had to remodel a bath room and sun room in a very short time. Timeline Construction did the work, quickly and precisely. No short cuts or mistakes were made. They're communication is clear and understandable and they are very helpful. We were completely satisfied.

Timeline Construction was a pleasure to work with. The first thing people notice about our house now is the beautiful covered porch! It is solid and strong and we know it will be just as beautiful in the future as it is now. Sam is an excellent communicator and we always knew exactly what to expect and he was always right on schedule! We really enjoyed getting to know him and Jez as they worked. Excellent company, excellent quality. We will use this company again in the future!

I used Sam and his company Timeline Construction to remodel my decks, paint and to replace windows and doors. It's always nice using a contractor you can trust. Sam's professional attitude and attentiveness to detail was just what I was looking for. I am very happy with his work and will be using him in the future.
