Josh came here was suppose to cut trees do half a privacy fence and clean up the yard instead they took everything that was worth money out of my yard took the money for doing the job and left my yard trashed and unfinished said he would give me my money back and never did he won’t even answer the calls or messages

Unfortunately Joshua Kiner ripped me off too. We paid him $12000 and all we got were promises on start times and when he did show nothing was completed. My wife and I just spent the weekend redoing the basic work he started. He’s blocked me after promising a refund. So much for “guaranteed customer satisfaction”. Looks like only recourse is through the courts.

We signed a contract for a privacy fence over 2 months ago and paid the man $5000 as he required. Multiple promised start dates and no show/no call each time. We have requested a refund and since that date, June 21st, we have received zero messages returned. We still don't have a fence and he still has our $5000.

Owner blames the employees he hired for the poor quality work. Claims he’ll come fix it but stopped responding and wouldn’t reply to the attorney.
