**DO NOT USE** The least responsive and unreliable company I've ever dealt with. Our water heater has been broken for a week now with no hot water and the only service we've been getting is no communication and the bs run around. They completely failed to show up this morning for the repair that was scheduled without any communication whatsoever. I've called the owner six times and he didn't pick up or call back. This company is a complete joke and clearly the owner has no idea how to run a business or treat people.
