I would like to hire a professional to come out and replace an existing ceiling fan. I have an old ceiling fan there now that completely stopped working and I have ordered/purchased a new Casablanca Ceiling fan that I want installed in its place. It is a remote controlled fan. I also have some other small electrical issues; the light in the closet does not work and the standard ceiling light fixture has come loose from the ceiling.
