AA PLUMBING LLC

We had a plumbing issue with the sewer drain and ironically, out neighbor to the north had the same issue the night before ours. We think there is a corrolation but that is not the issue. They had Apollo Plumbing out at 9:30 on a Sunday night and besides the same service we had on Monday by AA Plumbing, they had a large root ball blocking their lines. We simply had them flush the lines and scope them, which the neighbors had as well. They neighbors bill was $300 less than ours. We are seniors and on fixed income and I would hate to think we were taken advantage of but it looks like that to us. While we were satisfied with the work they did, we feel duped on the billing. We thought at the very least, they should have negotiated with us a fairer price and refunded some of the amount. We sent an email detailing how we felt and sharing with them the amount the neighbors paid for late Sunday night service, and the root ball removal and they didn't even have the courtesy of responding to our email. My advice, call Apollo Plumbing for your needs in the Everett area. They are fair and just.....

The contacted me almost immediately (and using the email method I indicated I preferred. (Others tried calling instead). They quoted fixed fee (with warranty that they service themselves, if needed), rather than unknown hourly, which I prefer. The person who did the work was on time, very courteous and thorough, explained everything fully before starting the work and left the area neat and clean when the work was completed. I would definitely consider using them again for a future job.

I manage properties. Tenant calls. "My kitchen sink is stopped up!" Pull up Porch. First time user of process that finds a someone to help. Two plumbers call back with in the hour. Both can help at more of less the same time. AA Plumbing gets the call. They reached me first. We schedule a time. Good communications from crew while they were OTW, then to discuss problem (by phone). I OK repair. The, we're done. Thanks guys!
