We have already attempted to call and handle the situation with you and refund the dispatch charge. I do apologize and I do not mean to over step your judgement or what you are stating happened, but most companies will charge a dispatch fee. I'm not aware of which companies you had come out and do a bid for you, and I know it's not even our business, but I can truthfully say I wonder how they make money driving around and giving free estimates AND bidding the job as low as you state they did. I do apologize for any miscommunication and that we were not what you were looking for, but I do believe your reviews are unjust. Especially since we tried to resolve it with you. Had you given us a call and explained the situation, this could have been handled in a much more professional manner and we would have trouble-shooted by refunding you and/or adjusting our prices. We cannot resolve these sort of issues if you do not reach out to us first. We hope you are able to get your plumbing project taken care of, but we will not be able to service you in the future.
