About Swift Remodel

We have done a wide variety of projects with 80 % of Home Owners happy out of the 205 projects completed since September 2016 (to present November 2019). We offer free estimates and consider ourselves on-call for all of our clients. We recently celebrated our 3-year anniversary being in business. Gene did excellent work

Mr.Swift was prompt, professional and did excellent work on our shiplap ceiling that covered our popcorn texture. I will be contacting him for our next remodeling project.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I contacted Swift Remodeling approximately 7 months ago for the construction of an exterior staircase. I made arrangements for Gene to get a obtain a copy of my architectural plans. Once he received the architectural plans, I never heard from him again. He ignored my numerous request (documented by email) to return the plans. I consider this at a minimum theft as well as unprofessional conduct. This company cannot be trusted. I would not recommend Swift Remodeling for even a small job.

Colleen, I apologize but there is obviously a misunderstanding. We have not received one request via email or otherwise from you asking to return the floor plans for your project. We contacted you several times after picking up the plans, over 7 months ago, at first with an estimate and then to follow-up. We recieved no response from you at all. Could we possibly have the wrong contact information for each other? We took time to pick up plans and go personally and take a look at the property you were requesting the work be done at. We would never waste our time or yours. Per course company policy, after 90 days with no response we shredded the blueprints.

We had 2 exterior doors replaced. Gene worked us through the design and sales process and did the installation .Gene arrived promptly when he said he would and started walking me through what he was going to be doing. Gene came to me a few times through the install process to ask my opinion on some things which I greatly appreciated. He showed great professionalism and the quality of the installation more than exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.
