This 25' x 16' deck has aluminum balusters, extra wide steps and hidden screws attaching the decking to the frame. This deck has great flow from the house, to the large entertaining area and to the existing patio. It even has a great place for the grill close to the door for easy cooking.

These two rooms got a makeover. The old carpet was removed and new engineered flooring was installed. The rooms also got a new paint color and trim throughout. Simple rooms but a great improvement.

The kitchen was outdated and small when the homeowners purchased the property. Red Rabbit Construction did a complete remodel of the project. We removed all the old appliances, countertops, cabinets and flooring. Behind the scenes we relocated all the plumbing, added a new water line across the room, updated the electrical, rerouted the hood venting and leveled the subfloor. What you can see that we installed is new cabinets including a new peninsula, granite countertops, copper farm sink, real stone backsplash, new slate colored appliances, under cabinet lighting and a beautiful bamboo floor.

This new deck is 16' x 22' with a wrap around built-in bench. The bench has a back to it on one side for comfort and provides some privacy to that side in the winter months. The backing also provides a break from the live landscaping that grows on that side of the deck and the top railing is wide enough to place drinks while entertaining guests. The decking is also fastened using a hidden screw system to keep all the lines clean and long.

The original decking was rotting away on this elevated deck and balcony. Red Rabbit Construction replaced all the decking with a composite decking, replaced all the railing with a composite and aluminum railing, and wrapped the fascia and posts with composite material to create a maintenance free outdoor space.
