Hi, my name is Ronald Stone, owner of Accubuilt,LLC. I have run Accubuilt since 2007. The main goal of my company is to give customers a stress free experience when they need work done to there homes. This means not only doing a quality job, but also being easy to get along with. I feel like to many times contractors and customers get derailed by lack of comfort in there discussions. Which leads to miscommunication. That's why I pledge that my employees and I will always conduct ourselves in a manner that will make the customer feel comfortable with choosing my company. I also pledge that we will be there to answer any questions or find out the answer if it is not known right away. Accubuilt is not a perfect company, but you will not find another company that strives for perfection as hard as we do. So if you want a job done with honesty, integrity, and quality please give us a call.

The porch featured on this site is mine. This porch took several months for Ronald Lee Stone to ALMOST complete, although I was promised it would be his full time job once he started assuring me this was a 3-4 week project. The water spigot he moved to accommodate the porch continues to minimally work with an extremely low flow. I will need to hire a plumber at my expense as he has demonstrated with several attempts he is unable to fix the problem. He refused to hire a plumber. He also ruined my hard wood floors by scratching them when he returned the refrigerator to its spot and made 3 attempts at a cheep fix. The floor was completely paid for in advance in good faith because I would not be home when the floor was completed. Lee needed to pay the gentleman he subcontracted to sand, stain, and finish the floors. Lee assured me that the floors would be finished upon my return, and he would take off $100 day if the floors were not complete. To date this was almost two months ago. As hard to believe at it sounds I gave him his fourth and final chance to the floors, which now have several dull spots. I vacated my home, needing to drive over 2 hours away to accommodate my dog without incurring an expense beyond the gas for my car. Lee's excuse, which was not presented until 3:00 PM when he ignored calls in the morning and was finally contacted by text, was that he was unable to find a babysitter, so he would not be fixing the floors on that day. I now need to pay additional funds to have my floors re-polyurethaned. As anyone can see this has certainly been stressful. What a let down!
