On 4/12/2021 I contacted your Home owner support , spoke with Manny and filed a complaint against Chief Remodeling Services. Your company did not recommend them. I learned of them through a mutual friend. My wife are elderly people who needed our basement remodeled. Luis Martinez the owner showed beautiful pictures. He and he crew did half the work, took about 80% of the money and did not return. Again the job was not through you, but if they are listed on your web page their scam and dishonestly will tarnish your good name. We have photos records, documents and receipts supporting our accusations against Chiefs Remodeling
