I contacted porch.com in search of a contractor for a small job to repair some dry rot. Bob from SacTown Construction responded the same day and was able to come out the next morning for an estimate. I explained a gutter problem along with the obvious dry rot. He was honest and offered a solution to keep the cost down. I felt comfortable with his expertise. He was professional and friendly and he gave me advice as he noticed I was prepping my house to paint it :-) Bob had a couple guys out the very next morning to do the job! After the job was complete Bob told me the reason for the dry rot, and let me know how he repaired the problem so it wouldn't happen again. I will definitely be calling Bob if I need any work done on my house, and would recommend him to others.
