They promised to install new furnace within a week. Took down payment on date of agreement. Waiting weeks for install and after multiples excuses, I asked for a refund. They have been promising me a refund for weeks. Never do business with these people

These scumbags charged 20,876 to install a furnace in a 1300 sq ft home to my elderly parents. Now they will not answer calls to the family or provide a detailed price list of services provided. Purely scumbag thieves.
