If I could give this company zero stars I would. A salesman comes out for a free quote. For a metal roof in a small city in northern Indiana. My parents have a very modest home. 1 level, 1100 sq.ft. home. This is not a wealthy town. Its working class. The sales guy was here for well over an hour, giving the "sell" after talking down how bad shingles are he gave a quote of $55,000.00, yes! that's about 48 bucks a square ft. I did some looking around at several sites and google as well. In 2018 metal roofs cost 7-10 bucks a square ft. And that's across the U.S. not in Indiana, in a small town in Indiana. And to make matters more clear, after my dad said no after hearing the price the guy marked it down to $35,000.00, my dad again said no. And The guy offered to call the office to see if he could get the price even lower. So clearly they had marked it way way up. To me that is working and selling without integrity and with a predators mindset. Now lucky my dad is intelligent and has common sense to not only know this was a quote not out of reason but out of lining the salesman's pocket as well as this companies pockets. Think what if this guy and this company shows up to a little older ladies house and she is of the mindset that people in this world still have integrity and care for fellow man and woman. And she gets persuaded by a guy acting like her best friend, telling her she will get the investment back if she sells down the road. Giving her that good old salesman try.....She would have been F!@%ed. Now I realize this was just a free quote but still this company is and should be still responsible for and judged by their free quotes as well as their work. I would run from this companies number.

They were very quick to get the materials out and started pretty much right away, within a week of our order. Overall the experience was great, the roof fit right within our budget and has proven to be energy efficient. We would recommend Millennium Home Design to everyone!
