I have called Billy's Services twice now . Both times very prompt service. Jason was awesome . He did the job right . Gave me advice , tips and taught me a few things .I thank you for such good service

I hired Billy on July 1, 2020. Per our contract he would have an additional room built, bathroom remodeled, and walk through closet completed within 6 weeks. Day after day there were issues including 4 people stealing and one of those I found passed out/sleeping in my living room. Windows and sliding door were installed incorrectly along with not being the correct door. Shower tile installed incorrectly. I was without hot water in my shower for 3 months. I let this go because it was summer and I could deal with it. He wanted to tear out the wall in my guest bathroom to find the problem. I hired another plumber who found the problem within 5 minutes and had it fixed in an hour. Sheetrock was installed over electrical outlets which were also installed incorrectly. One wall for a door was taken down, put back up, and then taken down again. Plumbing for sink was installed at incorrect height. Everything including floor, shower tiles, barn doors, etc was not level. It cost me more to hire other contractors to fix and repair what was left uncompleted or installed incorrectly. I was told by his subcontractors that he said just to "slap it up there" and that is what they did. He also drew off my credit card without permission. There is so much more but not enough room to list all of the problems. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.

Beware of Billy's services. He talks a good game to get your business but once he gets it, he is out of there. Then you are at the mercy of his contractors. He does not manage them or even check to see how the project is going. I paid him $26,000 for a plumbing job and it was a nightmare. His contractors caved in my brand new side walk by tunneling under it and putting the dirt on top of it. He then hired someone to replace the sidewalk with a sub-par sidewalk. The plumbers drilled holes from the bottom of my foundation to the inside of my bathroom. He did replace floor but would not let us pick out exactly what we wanted. The diggers also destroyed my french drains which caused my front yard to flood every time it rained. that I had to pay for this repair out of my pocket.. My sprinkler system no longer works. The diggers broke pipes and cut water off for hours so family was without water and we could not communicate with workers because of language barrier. His plumber, (which actually works for Billy) came by to fix my pool backwash drain that was messed up by his contractors and installed it wrong. I told the plumber that it would not work because of too much water pressure. He proceed to get mad and said that it was correct and did not fix it. So now when the pool is backwashed, it totally floods my flower bed. I shot a video of the flooding and sent it to Billy and he said he would send someone out. That was May of 2019. So in August, I ask him if he still planned on sending someone out. He said yes, someone will fix it on Aug 12th. August 14th comes around and nothing. Texted back and asked him if someone was still coming? His response was, "I am trying to work everyone in." Have not heard from him since and he not return any texts. Be careful of this guy. He does not deserve to be in business.

Billy's Service came out on Monday after my cry for help. Plumber was on time got right to the work on hand. I had been quoted a price for that same job at $1250 from another plumber from Angie's List. Billy's service placed the toilet without the problems the other plumber stated need to be done for $500. Job well done and a really professional plumber. My little dog got out the door and the plumber chased her down and put her in my arms!!
