Baseboard install

Mar 2016

The home had all baseboards removed to install tile and hardwood flooring. We came in to install customer supplied baseboard through out the home. Additional charges for the project were painting of all materials before and after installation and purchasing a few more pieces of baseboard to complete the install on the 1st floor.

Mud room conversion to an additional bathroom

Jul 2014

Client wanted to remove existing mudroom cabinets to turn a mud room into a useable bathroom for laundry and their little ones. We re-purposed almost all of the cabinets into a matching pantry room that was across from this room. Customer supplied tiles for the project and a plumber came in to install all of the fixtures except for a medicine cabinet which we installed for the client at the end. We also included re-installing the sheet rock after the plumbers ran all of their pipe work. Please excuse the mess of the room.

Upgrading an old TV box and fireplace surround

Jul 2014

Client was interested in enlarging an outdated TV box and re-vitalizing their master bedroom fireplace. We designed a custom mantle for their fireplace and removed the old TV box. Unfortunately, we couldn't include doors for the TV box due to size of the opening and location of the gas line inside. Customer supplied the tile for the surround and we included all materials to finish the project for them.
