Julio and his team should be avoided. They damaged my home both inside and out, took money from insurance for work they did not complete, and still have not finished the job they were paid for over two months ago.

This is NOT the guy you want to hire for your home remodel. He never lives up to what he tells you and he has skipped out on completing my home even after he has been paid. DO NOT HIRE!

I wouldn't let Mike Lloyd Construction build a bird house. Terrible craftsmanship and the man is a liar. You want photos - I got them. Find another contractor

Took extra days (lost wages for us), stole our ladder, damaged our walls and outlets....did not offer to fix the paint or reimburse us, crew arrived 2 hours late every day and left 2 hours early one day, very unprofessional.
