We arranged with DB Enterprise about six weeks in advance for help unloading a 26' UHaul. Dusty was highly responsive and communicative until the day of the move. Unfortunately, all communications stopped after 8:30am that day. We called to change the arrival time for his team by 20 minutes and verbally correctly a minor misunderstanding on his end. After that conversation, there was no more response by phone, text or email from Dusty and his team never showed up. From his reviews, that does not appear to be a typical problem, but unfortunately it was our experience.
