Gander Builders and Development

When custom home builder and designer Steven Lecas, owner of Gander Builders, chose the historic district of Frankfort, Illinois for the location of his custom home, he knew he wanted to design a home that would blend in with the older houses in the area. Steve and his wife, Susan, chose a 2,850 square foot two-story style home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Although the ranch home was originally painted yellow, Susan soon realized that many other houses in the area were also being painting painted yellow. Susan knew that a home as unique as hers needed a color of its own. She chose a lovely Coastal Blue that makes the house shine.
