We had a water issue and then a drain issue. The carpet pad was removed for half the floor to dry out in one room, and now that carpet needs more pad and pulled tight and re-tacked down on one side. In another room we pulled up the carpet and rolled it for access to fix the drain trap under the floor. That carpet needs tacked back down.
