What a Rip-off!!! We had water spots on our ceiling underneath the master bath. We thought, since we had recently remodeled, that something had come loose. When the plumber came, he took one quick look at the bathroom and decided that the water was from not having the shower curtain closed correctly. He never looked at anything else and charged us $90.00!! He wasn't even close. We take particular caution when we shower, always have. The floor around the shower was completely dry yet the water marks on the downstairs ceiling were steadily growing. MY closer inspection found that the bolts on the toilet tank had deteriorated and that the water was leaking from the toilet tank. Called the office to complain and they had the audacity to tell me that they would come back and fix it!!! I would not let them into my house ever again and would tell anyone that asked about my experience. Do yourself a favor and FIND SOMEONE ELSE!
