I hired Tom's Repair to install wiring for my new spa. The spa did not function and I asked them to come out again and recheck their work. The spa still did not work. At this point they refused to return my phone calls. Finally I had to hire another contractor to complete their job, which they were able to do in 15 minutes. The spa now functions perfectly. Do not hire Tom's Repair for electrical work!

Just never bothered to call us back nor answer any of any of my emails. Guess Tom's Repairs are just too swamped with bigger higher paying projects. I give them a 0.
