Link Construction

We contracted Lance and Link Construction to finish the basement in our home. Communication right from the beginning was excellent. He and his team were on time for every meeting. The project was completed on time and exceeded our expectations for quality work. There were several areas of our basement that were 'quirky' and they really went out of their way to provide suggestions/solutions to turn each quirk into a seamless part of the design. We actually had a different company wall mount a television for us shortly after the project was done. The tv installation guys stopped before they left just compliment how great the basement looked. From concept to completion they finished in about a little over a month and delivered everything we asked for (additional living space, small kitchenette, and half bathroom) for a reasonable price. The best part of our experience though was the communication with Lance. He was so easy to work with it made the whole process so pleasant. Don't hesitate to work with Link Construction - they were great.

Timely response & patient with the process. Unfortunately, the bank was unwilling to finance the project. Very understanding and was ready to go from day 1.

Lance did a great job and was super responsive and professional throughout the project. I was so happy with how my basement remodel project was going with him I asked him to do my deck too. Would highly recommend!!
