Carpenter ants ate the bottom three feet of these folks 3 season room. So, we removed all the window units carefully. Then we removed all the siding framing, and posts. After which, we re framed, resided, re stained, and reset the window units.

This project we took a house in 1985 original finish, and updated the flooring, trim, and paint. New red oak flooring custom stained and finished with Bona Traffic. New Slate entries, front and back, in a multicolor Versailles pattern. New oak base and shoe custom stained to match floor. New paint in main living area, entry way, stairway, and upstairs hall.

We completely gutted this bathroom. We even replaced much of the sub-floor, and all the insulation. The customer provided the vanity, medicine cabinet, toilet, and tile. We provided all the construction materials and labor. Some plumbing was upgraded from cast to PVC, and the electric was upgraded as well.

These peoples daughter is a reading machine. She loves books and has many. Her room also has limited space for additional loose bookcases. We worked together to come up with a quick concept sketch, and this is what we ended up with.

This was a custom gazebo built from the ground up. It's made from pressure treated lumber and cedar. This is not a kit. All the openings had a spline groove cut into the frames, so that screens could easily be installed or removed.
