Randy's Plumbing

Randy was hired to replace my stand up shower, which had been leaking and had ruined the flooring. After Randy completed the job I noticed that he had put a hole through my bathroom door and instead of telling me, he put a blob of caulk on it and spray painted my door to try and cover it up. I also notice he had not removed the flooring under the shower lip , which was clearly rotten. I stopped payment on my check until he came back and replaced the subfloor. At that time I paid him in full. I had to hire another contractor to fix the drywall around the tub and install tile. This contractor pointed out to me that Randy had cracked my shower in multiple places because he neglected to predrill the holes for the screws. A shower shelf was also cracked. Additionally, Randy cut into all of the studs around the shower when we was cutting the drywall and he cut into my plumbing vent pipe. I wrote a formal complaint and sent it to Randy, but he never bothered to follow up. Beware of the quality of work you will receive!
