hired Robins Plumbing in June of 22 to replace two outdoor faucets for the water hoses. I paid $360 for this service. one seized up and would not turn off so I called them out to close it because I was unable to budge it and the water was on. They charged an additional $85 today to do that. And told me it was my water that was the problem. I was not told I would be charged for this when I called. I had the previous faucet handle for 23 years with no issues, but the one they installed lasted less than 6 months. I was also told by the owner that they dont manufacture the parts and do not warrantee them. Owner was extremely rude on the phone and told me I should have done it myself if I didn't want to have to pay again. He also said "I am not afraid of any review" when I let him know I would be leaving an honest review of my experience. If you want to pay for overpriced work that you will then again have to pay them to fix...call them. If you want an honest plumber, go elsewhere.
