We hired Western Carolina Builders in January 2020 to build a wheelchair accessible ramp from our driveway to the house and convert our uncovered decaying front porch to a 4-season enclosed porch twice the size (10x20) with the ramp leading up to it. Like any major renovation there were things that came up along the way, but this team took ownership and resolved them quickly and professionally every step. These guys were professional, honest, trustworthy and sincere in their desires to make this project succeed even with a few alterations along the way. We were very pleased with their drive and determination to complete our project amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic lock-downs. Everyone understood the risks, used PPE's when needed and delivered!!
