Everything they touched now has to be redone by actual professionals. Talked to Justin on the phone, he essentially took no responsibility and tried to play the blame game with other contractors. I'm not about to sit around with leaks amock while he figures out what to do with himself. It was all positivity a few years ago when the work was done, and I tipped each worker generously. But now that it comes to actually showing the longevity of the work? Denial, denial, and more denial. Where have all the good workers gone?

Had roofing issues - leaks Aurora was very professional and was able to get my issues fixed. Will use again for other needs in the home based on this experience.

Wow is all I can say. Refused to even look at my plumbing problem unless I prayed with them first. In fact they fire employees that refuse to pray which is incredibly un-Christian. Their prices are outrageous and you’ll wind up spending money just to have them give you an estimate. After refusing to pray with them they kicked my dog and told me I was going to hell.
