I apologize your experience with our firm was anything less than excellent. It was a pleasure meeting you and your husband on the 21st of November. I know we crammed in the Saturday appointment even though our schedule was already full on 11/20 which was a Friday in the afternoon to accommodate the special circumstances of you not owning the home yet, and wanting to inconvenience the sellers as little as possible. I sent the estimate 7 business days after our meeting which was still more than a week before you had stated you were closing on the house. We had received an influx of service orders with this being right around the holidays so I apologize for any delay that caused. Quick response times are very important to us which is why we have a staffed office with people eager to take your calls. I wish you would have reached out to us to express your concern with not having received the estimate so we could have ensured your satisfaction.
