The review from 1/13/2022 is a mirror image of my experience. The RUDENESS was Dr Jeckyl Hyde. Began with smooth talkin and ended with bipolar personality behavior. It's a hard no for me just based on character. The project was very late getting started and little to no update was given regarding why. The money was collected up front and then the wait extensive. But the RUDENESS and billigerant conduct was unacceptable. I wouldn't hire him to cut grass or walk the dog after that.

Be sure to see reviews and complaints with the BBB. I have never had the owner of a company be so rude to me. They do a good job at getting insurance to pay for hail damage, but realize this company is just that. They seems to depend on insurance claims for business. Their contracts are all about them collecting money and locking you into their company. There is a 20% cancellation fee if you don't use them to do repairs they get approved. Read all the front and back of every document before you sign it. Make sure all blanks are filled in and you read before signing. Do not expect fast turn around on getting your roof replaced. They are all about collecting money from you as soon as you get it from the insurance company way before any work has begun. Mr. Kee was very nice and sugar would not melt in his mouth before he got my check. Then when I tried to expedite the process, is when he got rude. The work for the most part was good. The rolled roofing on my porch was install when it was too cold and it wrinkled. They came back with a torch and got it to lay down, I just hope it stays that way. The bad review is mostly about the rudeness of the owners and the way contracts are written and explained. Just make sure you read everything and do not have too high of expectations if you are dealing with insurance claims.
