Lew Squires started in the construction business in 1982. Over the next 10 years Lew gained the skills and knowledge to start his own small construction company in Northeast Texas, forming Squires Construction in 1992. 21 years and hundreds of jobs later, we are proud to say we have a wealth of satisfied customers, happy in their homes throughout Hunt, Fannin, Collin, Hopkins, Rockwall, Rains Counties and most of Northeast Texas . Even more importantly, a good portion of them are repeat customers, looking to revisit the good results they had in their first home building experience with us. After all, North Texas is our home, our customers are our neighbors, and we are building more than houses, we're building community. We specialize in quality custom homes, large or small, with a special interest in energy efficient/green building, saving our clients money and shrinking our carbon footprint. Utilizing the newest and most energy efficient products and methods. We can build as efficiently as you wish. We also do add-ons and major remodels, as well as commercial projects, as needed.
