The staff at Eastwind is the best. They work on all my stuff as well as all my friends and family. Everyone I have referred to them has been happy and they strive for great customer service. They go above and beyond to help whenever I need. I appreciate and trust them. I have been going here for decades!

Do NOT take your computers to Eastwind! It will come back in worse condition than when you took it in. Had my laptop worked on and when I got it home, the issue was even worse, to the point I could not use it at all. I took it in the second time, which I was also charged for and shortly after taking it home, similar issues began to act up again. I was charged both times. The third time, I had to get the owner involved, who is an ass and not at all interested in customer service, and he eventually worked on it himself, as if he was doing a huge favor. And, you guessed, still not fixed and had the same issues again.
