Roto-Rooter Plumbers

Facts: The Harrell's hired RR to fix a hose bibb under their home last year. They called last month to say their house flooded. We sent the licensed journeyman plumber and master plumber (field manager) immediately to the home to inspect and see how we could fix our problem. We found our repair was not leaking and had not caused any damage. We take our work quality very seriously. We notified the Harrells of this but they still insisted it was RR fault. We asked where the leak came from and they said they had a leaking valve inside the home. So again why it Roto-Rooter fault? On a forum like this anyone can write anything without the facts! Shame on you Mrs. Harrell!
