Absolute disaster. Avoid at all costs. He didn't actually fix what was broken, and then proceeded to flood our kitchen because he failed to reconnect some piping he had disconnected, and then proceeded to refuse to pay for repairs and has dodging our calls for a couple of months. He is a criminal and a thief.
