this report is incorrect this gentleman was given a price of 35 per hour minimum of 2 hours to do exploratory work on a window that is leaking he was also told that we were very busy and would put him on the schedule within 1 to 2 weeks due to strop tropical storm Ana we were delayed 3 to 4 days on work and put us a week behind we went out and looked at the job and give him a price unfortunately he misunderstood and therefore is giving us a bad review we tried to get to work as quick as possible but we are very busy company and due to mother nature was not able to get to his project as soon as he would like'' This gentlemen's post is not 100% accurate as it leads a person to believe by the final statement that we started a project and did not finish it. We went out and gave an estimate to do exploratory work on the project but it was never started and we did not get back to him because we were delayed on other projects due to tropical storm ana. We take pride in our work and are not the type of contractor to leave a job unfinished just so we can get to the next one to ensure we get the job. And it was the owner, Sheri Smith, he was talking to, not the handyman's wife.
