(CTG), established in 1995 is best known for its role in the construction of the award-winning Residences at Black Rock and offers sophisticated turnkey, design/build services to homeowners, developers and contractors in Massachusetts. The design and construction of a private family home is a very personal process. CTG's principals - Kevin Goslin and Mark Breton - have extensive experience in the custom-designed, luxury residential market throughout southern New England. Mark Breton was recently recognized with a PRISM Award, "Best Single Family Home Design over $1 million" by the Builders' Association of Greater Boston. CTG's work has been featured in regional lifestyle publications, touting the quality craftsmanship that is a hallmark of their work. CTG's preconstruction consulting services assist homeowners with design development and establish reliable cost estimates and construction schedules. CTG self-performs framing and custom finish carpentry. Affiliated companies, selected by the Company for their reliability and dedication to quality, perform site development and foundation work.
