Smith Service’s is a joke of a company. They require half the money up front and they never do the work. They never communicate with you and let you know when they might start the work and if you call them they don’t answer your calls and then say that you(the customer) is harassing them. Please stay away from them.

Smith Services used 2" nails to attach 2x6" deck boards to the deck joists. How in the world did they ever expect the boards to stay secure?? They didn't. The deck is riddled with warped and sagging boards and they refuse to fix it. In addition, they have not done any work at all on the pergola even though it is called for in the work agreement which they say is "legal and binding". If you use Smith Services, you are certain to be very disappointed because they are unresponsive, use sub-standard materials and incompetent labor. They took my money and gave me a terrible finished produce. Could be fraud.

Pro required partial payment up front to start work. Seven months later fence is not complete and he will no longer return phone calls or texts. Scammed out of large amount of money.
