GMBC Construction (Lic# 1025897) should not be trusted with your home remodeling project. This company is focused on getting as much profit from each job while minimizing customer satisfaction and craftsmanship. We hired GMBC Construction to remodel a small bathroom in November of 2019 and the job is still not finished as of December 2020. The company will allow the details of the job to remain incomplete while holding your entire project hostage until full payment is made. Be warned, GMBC Construction will demand full payment of the project prior to completing their work leaving you with work unfinished after making full payment! GMBC Construction also fails to honor their commitments to work in a clean manner preserving the order of your home. Their crew continued to track construction dirt through our home after promising to work neat. They will also perform cutting of materials in your garage leaving the dust and debris for you to clean up after they leave. If trust in a contractor’s, craftsmanship or value are important to your remodeling project I would look to another company. I would not recommend this company for large or small home remodeling projects.
