Joel began in the building industry while still attending Helena High, and stayed with it until 2000 when he enlisted in the Army and devoted 8 years throughout deployments to help preserve America. When Joel exited the military in 2009, he went right back to doing the other thing he loves, building!!! Joel has contracted with a number of local outfits to include, Magnolia's Interiors ( Mike Hughes), Hamlin Construction (Pat Ford), Synergy Inc, and Sussex Construction. Mike Neary is a native of Butte where he grew up and later worked for Diamond Construction, Dick Anderson Construction, and later owner and operator of his own construction outfit, MLN Construction out of Butte. Mike moved to the Helena area in 2010 where he worked as a foreman for Sussex Construction, right up until recently when we launched 406 Custom Builders, LLC!!!
