In the beginning of Apr 2021, McCoy took a deposit and additional money for supplies to complete a solar panel gate and repair an existing fence. He worked a few days. Then became a no show and dodged phone calls. Became very condensing the few times I was able to make contact with him. McCoy made it clear that my job was a small project for his company and that other projects were a priority. He had plenty of time to complete my contract that he claim was an "easy job". After numerous no shows, he stated that he would refund my money on May 1, 2021. I still have not heard back from him nor have I received my refund.
