I moved to high point and purchased a tow home that needed some modification before i moved in. I hired Mr Rick Boedicker to complete the job. The work included: putting up crow molding throughout and taking out two French doors and remaking it to an open doorway . Rick recommended taking out the step down to the sun room since I am along in years and make a ramp to make it less of a tripping hazard. That turned out to be a great idea and has worked wonderfully. He did a super job and I would ask him to do any other work if I ever needed some in the future.

We had Boedicker Construction redo our masterbath after a terrible water leak. Mr Rick Boedicker not only worked with us to redesign the layout (we did not want another garden tub), but did a TERIFFIC job completing the project. We added a full walkin two person shower, retired the floor and redid sink layout to a two person feature with granite top - IT looks BEAUTIFUL!! We even have had the ultimate compliment from guests who were interested in redoing there bathroom after seeing ours. Thanks Rick for doing an outstanding job!

We hired Boedicker Construction build a support for our new spa and put up a fence around it for privacy. Mr Boedicker not only completed the job efficiently in a short while but more importantly it looks FANTASTIC!!!! It definitely added to the beauty of our home and is also very functional, allowing the cover to be lifted off and stored during use. Thank you Mr Boedicker for a GREAT job.

In 2007, Mr. Boedicker built our home in High Point. I did my research and determined that Mr. Boedicker was a good candidate to build our home as he had been a previous building inspector, so I felt he not only knew the building specifications, but also would build a sound house. While Mr. Boedicker, for the most part, worked well with us, I found that after he received his final payment that he became evasive and a totally different personality. You see, our roof has leaked ever since it was built in 2007. I have consistently called Mr. Boedicker since 2007 to try to get him to fix the roof. He kept stating that the bricks were not sealed and that he knew nothing else to do. Not once did he bring out the roofing contractor to review or to try to correct the problem. It wasn't until 2014 that he finally gave us the name of the roofing contractor. However, instead of offering to call them and have them come out to inspect the roof, Mr. Boedicker told us to call. I feel since Mr. Boedicker was the contractor on the job and he was the one that contracted the roofers to put on the roof, it was -- and still is -- his responsibility to contact the roofers and to get the roof fixed. We called the roofing contractors, had a representative come out to inspect the roof, and was told that the roof had been put on incorrectly and needed to be repaired. Instead of standing by his work and helping us get the problem rectified, Mr. Boedicker has consistently put the blame elsewhere and has adamently refused to rectify the problem. I would be very careful when working with Mr. Boedicker. Keep the final payment until ALL of the punch list items are completed as his word to stand by his work cannot be trusted.
