I have called on Father & Son several times in emergency situations, each time there came within a hour and solve the A/C issue that was going on, cost was reasonable as well.
I called an was given an appointment time and date, and they were a no show. I called and was told the tech was running late, and would call. They arrive the next day without calling or rescheduling. No professionalism!
