Center Support Leg
There's a center beam that goes from the headboard to the footboard. There are 3 legs on which the center beam rests. One of the legs supporting the center beam hasn't been assembled properly. The bolt holding the beam and the support leg together, looks like it was drilled slanted into the leg, and the leg appears to have fallen out of place. The slats seem like they're on the verge of breaking because of that.

Side Rails
They got the side rails wrong. They seem to have installed the left side rail on the right side and the right one on the left. They are in an inverted position. Instead of using the existing holes in the side rails to screw in the slats, they drilled new holes (because of the inverting) and fixed the slats onto the side rails by driving the screws into them.

Headboard
They nicked the headboard during the loading/unloading. There's a section where the wood's chipped off.
