I'm contractor from Massachusetts. I do contract, Subcontract and hourly work depending on what the job calls for and what makes the most sense for all the parties involved. I have own tools and transport . I’m capable and have all the tools nessary for completing and running almost any job start to finish. I do professional drywall finishing/ hanging, carpentry- frame to finish (with the utmost attention to detail), high end painting, tile, plumbing, electrical, flooring, cabinets, siding , etc. Interior and exterior. I've been doing complete restorations , additions, decks- from foundation layout to finish work. I pride myself on the finished product. Before moving to Florida I've been doing jobs from Boston to Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard. Have references. In January of this year I moved here to Florida where I’ve continued to do home improvements for a landlord who owns rental property in Port Charlotte. Where I renovated a rental property; replaced the old aluminum louver windows with impact windows, replaced carpet, rehabbed cabinets, repaired rotted trim and door jams, etc. Then, for a construction company out of the Fort Lauderdale area where we did a few additions to homes in the area. The company got all its work through a local architect . All the plans called for impact windows and doors, to be up to code, which we installed. More recently, I work for a framing company. We finish a house approximately every 5 days and hurricane windows are installed in each house and I do the installations myself. Currently, I’m using Porch.com to further my business in the area, help me network with potential clients. I’m new to this type of marketing but not to the construction trade.
