After Sandy, my house had to be repaired and lifted 11 feet, Melmed Construction had the architect and engineer work on the plans to raise my house and add a second story. They worked with me on all the selections and a new deck that is the envy of my neighbors. They also came back to do the punch list items three months after I moved in. After hearing about all the nightmares that people endured, I can recommend Melmed Construction without any qualms.
