Extremely disappointed. A representative came out to my home to diagnose what was wrong with my AC. Took two weeks to get anyone out the first time and now can't get anyone back to complete the repair.
This business filled out a request for info. I called and they have some BS message that wastes my time. Very unprofessional. I would imagine their work is just as unprofessional .
