Based in Houston, UPI Builders is a small, family owned and operated business. Started by Frank Farshad, formerly working as a site supervisor for another company, UPI Builders formally opened its doors in 1993. Starting off doing smaller, residential work, the company grew, moving up in the world. Today UPI Builders does smaller to medium scale commercial building, residential building, home and business remodeling, and landscaping. We are licensed, bonded and insured, and our crews consist of professional construction workers, with experienced foremen and a CEO that has experience in the field.
