I contracted Kollin to elastomerically paint the stucco on my townhome. The work was to be done in two phases (which he insisted on doing instead of all at once). This was because access to part of my exterior wall is in my neighbor's yard and they were...

I would love a small chalk yellow brick road on the sidewalk - it is for a wizard of oz themed proposal. But I will be renting an airbnb, so it needs to be washable, tho hopefully there will be a way to protect it from rain if it rains between the time it is drawn and the time I propose. Date is TBD, likely a Saturday in June or July. Location probably inner loop, but also tbd. I am flexible depending on your schedule and the airbnb availability (and our photographer) - trying to line all 3 up
