This is a new (3 yr old) Whirlpool Cabrio clothes washer. The units computer doesnt seem to be working. It lights up and allows me to select water temp and load size but then will not respond to start command. Weve tried unplugging and then starting over to reset the units computer but that isnt working. I also considered the locking latch being an issue but that doest latch until after the unit starts and I even tried pushing it in before and during the start without success. The model number WTW8500DW0.
